2. Product
We sell one product, the City Ride Kit, which includes the Everyday Ride Lock, Riding Light, Phone Mount and Waterproof Saddle Cover. The accessories are sold together as one kit only.
3. Pricing
The City Ride Kit is priced at $89.00 USD. Shipping costs, and any applicable taxes, are shown at checkout. We may change prices, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
4. Orders and Payment
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payments are processed by third-party providers through secure hosted checkout.
5. Shipping
Shipping available to the United States, Canada, Australia and supported European Union destinations.

6. Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days after delivery subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
7. Product Use
You are responsible for using the accessories safely and in line with applicable traffic laws. Always avoid interacting with your phone while riding. No lock can guarantee protection against theft.
8. International Orders
Customers ordering from outside the United States may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes and fees. Local consumer protection laws in your country may give you additional rights, which these terms do not limit.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Veltraxy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Intellectual Property
Website content, including text, images and design, belongs to Veltraxy or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without affecting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
